The way this works is - we will list your property free of charge, with full description and photo’s provided by yourself, all properties will have a premium viewing on our home page, all properties will be rotated on a hourly / daily bases, this way we hope to be more successful for our landlords. our website will not only be promoted over the internet, we will also advertise our site in the UK media.
What will this service cost you?. It’s easy, has a business we need to make a profit to run the website successfully, we will only charge a small commission for each booking taken via our website. Customers will contact Forward Leisure via phone or a web form, we will then contact you for available dates and any information the customer requires regarding your property, if the booking is successful we will take a deposit to secure the booking for you, we will deduct our commission from that deposit and forward any remaining moneys and the customers details to you, from this point on you will be in full control of the transaction, Forward Leisure will not have any more correspondents with your customer, unless you request additional services.
In return for our service all we ask is that you are honest and sincere about the condition and any services provided from your property, any photo’s should be clear and present ones
